Twelve Weeks to Super Strength


I had a question regarding this workout. How many times does one do the whole workout, once, twice or three times. I think i missed that part. Thanks

Pretty much once a week for three weeks for at least 85% of people, if you don’t know I would follow that recommendation.

OH thanks i meant for that day. LIke once I complete the exercises do i do them again or is it only once per day. thanks
