Last week sometime either after my Squats and Calf Raises (Day 2 of Joel Marion's Ripped, Rugged and Dense 2.0) or after Running Man 400m sprints on the track I did something weird to my left hamstring.
It's not so much a pain as it's just noticable that something is up. It feels almost like a nerve got tweaked or something. I've tried to massage it out, and I've used a foam roller on it twice since last week, but I still feel a weirdness when I'm walking on stairs or when I squat down for anything.
I was wondering if anybody's been in a similar situation or has any advice for me, thanks.
