Turkey, What's The Deal?

I’ve recently started eating more turkey in place of chicken. The Geno-type diet guy suggests it instead of chicken for my type, so I thought I’d give it a try. Have no problems with it at all, enjoy the flavor, etc. But I notice that within a half-hour of consumption, I am hungry all over again. But if I eat 2 grilled chicken strips (maybe equaling one small breast), I have that ‘stuffed’ feeling for a couple of hours.

Anyone experienced this or know what would cause it?
