I have been eating tuna regularly, and I seem to like the effects I’m beginning to feel. I try to eat one small pack a day, is this enough, or should I even be eating it regularly at all? Any other specific kinds of fish good for you, that I should look into?
search on this topic… theres been quite a few posts about it.
You like “the effects you’re beginning to feel”? What are those? I used to eat a can a day and I would get headaches.

Wild Salmon, Sardines, Herring are all good oily fish with minimum risk of mercury contamination.
