I wanted to share this recipe I use for getting my veggies and some protein in.
1-2 Tbs Light Italian Dressing
Cayene Pepper to taste
Hot Sauce *optional
Assorted Veggies Cut into dip-able pieces
Puree in a food processor until a fine paste, serve with fresh Veggies as a dip.
Its fast it makes any veggie a treat to consume and it actually tastes good.
