Any thoughts on solid white tuna vs. the more affordable chunck light tuna? I’ve heard the protein composition is better with the solid white. Thanks
I don’t know about the protein composition, but the chunk light has less mercury in it, if you care. Besides, chunk light is more moist and tastier.
