Tuna in Oil??

I’ve eaten thousands of cans of american tuna in my years. I couldn’t stand it anymore so I just stopped eating it. Most of it resembled glorified cat food.

Anyway I recently tried a canned tuna from Spain packed in olive oil and this stuff was tasty as hell. My question is how bad is the tuna packed in olive oil from a nutrition standpoint? I know it tastes 100% better and is far superior in quality.

If it’s in olive oil, it isn’t bad for you. All good fats there.

Yeah, if it’s just olive oil, eat up. It’s good for you.
