I’ve eaten thousands of cans of american tuna in my years. I couldn’t stand it anymore so I just stopped eating it. Most of it resembled glorified cat food.
Anyway I recently tried a canned tuna from Spain packed in olive oil and this stuff was tasty as hell. My question is how bad is the tuna packed in olive oil from a nutrition standpoint? I know it tastes 100% better and is far superior in quality.
