Tuna Chilli...

OK, so maybe that shoulda been Tuna & Chilli, cause that’s really my question here…

1 - How much canned tuna and salmon can you eat a week regarding the mercury amounts. Just curious if anyone knew of any recent studies about this… I think in the past 2 cans a week was cool… Is this still the case???

2 - Anyone have any good chilli recipes? Chicken or beef recipes would be awesome…
