The conventional arab wisdom says that eating fish with milk will make you sick. That is a cultural belief, not religious control. The fact that it is consistent with kosher only makes the OP wonder whether there is some validity to the belief.

so i’m guessing that you lump cheeses into the same category as milk ? when i have a fish + veggies + cheese meal i don’t feel any of the common symptoms of indigestion
unless there is some food combination issue i’m not seeing here like those that say to not mix fruit with meat
Word goes around that when placed in milk, the tuna meat is able to reconstitute itself back into a fish and eat your innards.
Common sense should tell you that milk and tuna together is harmless. jewish law… Oh… K?
