Lifted light going for a good pump… “light” was harder than I thought it would be. I was really really weak on everything, hopefully that gets better.
I can’t seem to find a non-shake form of protein I can really eat yet, but mashed sweet potatoes are doing great as carbs.

diet is high protein with good amounts of carbs and fats. i don’t do anything other than eat a lot of those. though right now i just had my tonsils/uvula and some other soft tissue taken out so im only eating it if it’s liquid or mushy.
getting back in to it… was really wrong about being ready last time. was right this time at least. have lost a little over 10lbs in the past 12 days. ew.
