Tuesday Night Bench Group

Had Bench Group at the gym last night. Worked up to 3 heavy singles. Then did some low-end work (where I’m weak after a shoulder injury a few months ago.)
Finished with Triceps Hell; I had an article about that here a few months ago.
We do our pull work first as an antagonistic disinhibitor for the bench. We did chinup challenge on our 11’ monkey bars - video attached. That’s Kube getting his foot caught in the straps of a set of rings.
