wait, this all depends on what u’r doing, if u’r using a demin shirt i’ll tell you now u’r going to have to drive your elbows almost into your sides, but on the press command u’r going to flare your elbows out because its impossible to lock out a heavy weight with your elbows tucked to the point that they are in front of the bar. If u’r benching raw just make sure u’r elbows and wrists are directly under the bar.
