Did any of you guys read or heard about Pavel Tsatsouline? He supposedly trained russian special forces and has few books out.
I ready his article “The Evolution of Ab Training” in issue 96 and have to say that his ab exercises are very different. Expect to have extreme soreness and good results using those ab exercises.
I’ve read some Pavel Tsatsouline, his methods are very simplistic (which is not always bad) and different. If you’re looking for some serious variety read his books, all three of them are pretty damn interesting.
