Trying to Put Some Mass On

Hi Folks,
This is probably an often asked question on these forums.
I am 29 years old. I have a girl-friend who demands a lot of attention. I have it about twice or thrice a day.

I am 6 feet tall and I weigh around 61 kilograms. I want to put on some weight. I usually do a lot of heavy weights thrice a week. I also eat about 4 times in a day.

What more do I need to do to push my weight up by another 10 kgs?
Is all the sexual activity affecting me?

Before I answer this question let me ask you another one...

If I said yes, would you stop fucking her so much? If it were me, the answer would be a resounding "No."

I don't know if these are "100m dashes" or Marathons we're talking about here, but I recommend you take your sexcapades into account and plan your calorie intake accordingly.

You have to feed to grow. You want more weight you have to eat to gain weight plain and simple.

Now from there waht you eat and training will tilt the scale in either the direction of more fat or more LBM.

Not another one of these posts. Christ, man-have as much sex as you want and can. There's about a 100 things you should have dialed in perfectly before worrying about cutting down on sex for physique and (gym) performance reasons. If ever.

Ha, well then, you better stop following that vegetarian diet ... see tiredoflogin's previous post, if you don't know what I'm talking about. Or perhaps your bad karma is preventing you from attaining your physique goals. Ok, I'm done picking on you now ... In all seriousness, follow the above advice about checking out the beginner's thread ... oh and don't forget to EAT!

There a few vegans on this site that are allegedly pretty big. I don't know if they got big eating meat and then switched diets or if they got big on a vegan diet.

Eating vegan will make it harder to grow, but I guess it can be done. Good luck.

Eat lots of animals. Especially chickens, cows, and animal products such as milk, yogurt, and eggs.
