Trying to Move Slightly North of Vag

I tried to keep a log of the shit I was doing last year but that failed because it was unstructured Garbage.

That being said... Here i go with 5/3/1 and trying to not be a "complete and utter vag".

Goals (please don't laugh):
MP: ~200
Bench: in the 200s
Squat: in the 300s
Deadlift: in the 400s

Excuse the pounds if they seem really off, I'm using kg and just multiplying by 2.2 for up here.

Workout 1:

BBB 5x10
Dumbbell bench: 44x5x10
BB row: 135x5x10

Sled Sprints

Incline Sit-ups: 5x10
DB rows: 55x12x3, 65x12x2

Sled again.

I’ve been using the sled because I just made it (old tire + old belt + rope) and I’m having great fun with it.
