Trying to Lift with Shoulder Issues

I am a soccer player at the professional level and trying to increase strength through weight lifting. 7 years ago I tore my labrum, had surgery, and then retore it. It seems like whenever I start lifting again I end up dislocating my shoulder on the soccer field. I am trying to delay having another surgery, but want to continue lifting.
Any suggestions on how I can do so without exposing myself to dislocating it? Certain exercises, ect.
