Hey people, I'm soon to be 19 years old, and here I will log my attempt to become more fit for service in the Swedish Armed Forces.
I'm 6´5 and 245lbs or 110 kgs heavy. Before I started lifting, I was an avid runner and I hiked alot. I have since then gained about 40 pounds, and therefore now my calisthenics, running and rucking abilities are quite poor compared to back then. So here we go, wish me luck

Today I ran for the first time in about a year, Obviously it was a terrible run, my legs felt like jelly and my body was screaming at me. But anyhow, I ran 3 miles and it took me a shameful 36 minutes and 43 seconds. To put things into perspective, about one year ago I ran the same distance in about 22 minutes, so obviously a massive diffrence. Tonight im going to do some upperbody lifting.
