Well I’m new as many can tell.
I’m trying to get my body in peak condition. To be honest what I’m wanting to do is cut down and get ripped. Not necessarilly big but bulk up some.
I am -
6’5 1/2
250lbs
Benching - 235
Squatting - 320
Dead-lift - 495
(Not very good I might say)
I play highschool football and am wanting to go for a new position from OT to TE
My main goals are simple
Get Faster , Jump Higher ,Get Ripped
Now that I think about it its gonna be hell.
I’ve search this website pretty thoroughly but might have missed article that will aid me in my change.
