Sounds like a decent setup to me. What are you trying to say here? âŠthat youâre lacking equipment to train any other way?

2 week update calories have gone up to 1900-2200 a day. Strength and energy has gone up. Little to no cardio as it was a rough week with spending a night in the ER with the wife. And covering some time for a coworker. Weighed in today at 198lbs so im still at the same weight. Had a so so leg day today. Should be back to normal next week and ill be adding in some hill work for cardio.
