Form is still bad on power cleans. I may need to go down again. I can’t seem to get my elbows up fast enough or avoid pulling the bar up with my arms rather than letting the jump do all the work. Making my stance narrower helped, but not enough.

Form way better on power clean. Broadened grip more. Kept bar against legs on the way up. Started from over mid-foot instead of in front of it
