Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 317.5
Chin ups 9, 9, 7.5 but even the 7th one was a bit short

Didnt get my elbows up fast on a bunch of them starting with the third set

I got the flu. It’s been two and a half weeks since I’ve lifted. Gonna go down a bit and work my way back up before starting an intermediate program

Skipped deadlift since legs were shot from squats
