Trying to Get a Solid Upper Body Routine

Hey everyone,

I’ve been weight lifting for a while now and am looking to make a solid workout routine that mainly works upper body and not so much focus on lower. I’m 6ft,230lbs.

This is what I have so far. I need help, bad!
!(THE DAYS I AM ABLE TO WORK OUT ARE SET IN STONE, FROM 10AM-11:30AM)!
Mon - chest
Tue - bis, tris,& shoulders
Wed - Squats & deadlifts
Thur - chest
Sat - bis & tris

I am also taking Jack3d, creatine, & Whey

Just do arms every day.

bench press + curls :slight_smile:

Make sure you do a few sets of curls on your squat/deadlift day.

Make sure you do them in the squat rack.

^squat+deadlift+curl is too much IMO. Better stick with squat and curls or even better curls only

Do everything on a stability ball. Squats+ball=JACKED!!!

All you need to know about getting huge:
-bicep curls every day
-no other exercises needed
-take protein, creatine, glutamine, amino acids, weight gainer, muscle milk and casein protein

What about the abzzzz bro?

Curls with barbells are overrated. Try them with kettlebells, way more functional.

Do this everyday and take rice protein. You will become jacked.

all the above routines will lead to overtraining brah
