Trying to Gain Weight.

Are there any weight lifting routines that will help with putting on weight?

For diet, would 200g of fat, 300g of protein, and 500g of carbs be good?

Use the search function for bulking diets.

Go to the top of the beginner’s forums and read the stickie’s. Particularly Vroom’s thread.

Inside the Vroom’s stickie, there are a bunch of routines indexed. Pick one you like, it should work.

Also in Vroom’s thread, it’ll have articles on how to eat, specifically on how to bulk. Read those (Massive Eating).

The main thing with lifting is that you bust your ass and do heavy movements.

The main thing with eating is that you eat a lot and get enough protein.

The diet you posted would be good if you weighed 200lbs. But you’re 15 and last I saw benched 135, so I don’t think that’s the case. You might not need that much.

Then again, you might.

Pick something and run with it. Post here if you have any other questions.
