There was an article I saw on this site in the last year that specifically discussed how NSAIDS and ICE were bad because they slowed down lymphatic drainage, or stopped the inflammatory response altogether. Actually it was a video imbedded in an article, because the speaker was showing how to use massage to manipulate lymphatic fluid through the vessels. Can anyone help me find it?
