Trying to Decide on a Workout Schedule?

Ok, so I’ve been working out on and off for about 2 or 3 years. I’m 16 years old, 5’8", 155 lbs. I have decent abs and definition but as you can probably tell by my weight I don’t have much muscle mass. I’m looking to build size, especially in my arms. I workout at home with a perfect pushups set, a pullup bar, a bench, and dumbells.
