Trying to Cut, Need Help.

currently im a SHW powerlifter.
currently 301 looking to cut to 275 first, then 250 later.

my old diet was eat anything and everything not nailed down, and gnaw on shit nailed down.

i once counted up my calories for an average day, i rounded up abit, but it was 5400 calories that day. very dirty diet of course.
Currently ive cut all Junk food(pop/sweets/fastfood)
currently im doing 30 minutes steady state cardio/7xweek.
also im using Creatine/Glutamine/post work protein shake.

and stil doing a normal PL routine

Monday
Bench

Tuesday
Squat

Wednesday
off

Thursday
Direct Tri/lat Work

Friday
Deadlift

saturday
off

sunday
bicep work…(for elbows)

if need any other info, lemme know.

Dont rush it. If it was me I would have just cleaned up the diet first and worried about cardio way layer (if at all)

Just cleaning up the diet is likely to drop A LOT of calories.

I’m also at a similar point you can check out my thread for ideas, its called macros for 10 days/cut.

And I think you’d get more responses if you posted a diet plan and such.
