Last night I decided to try a couple new things in the gym. First I tried the 6x8 Dumbbell tricep extensions with 30 seconds between sets that Dave Tate described in his recent bench press article. They killed my tri’s, and I was only using 30 pound dumbbells. Definately recommended! Second thing I did was Jerry Telle’s Tellekinetics version of lateral raises. These were also awesome, and I will definately start using them. Finally, I tried Poliquins drop set technique for neurologically efficient trainers (basically 6 drops that are all max efforts). Awesome! My biceps were toast and I only did two drop sets. Any one try these? If not, try them in your next workout.
