I’m thinking about doing a 3 month bulking phase. Is this too short? I’m looking to go from 230 to 240pound. Also I want to keep my athletic ability so would it be cool to do sprints and plyos during this time frame?
I’d say 12 weeks is fine to add 10 pounds. If you maintain your skill practice (drills and such), your athletic performance shouldn’t suffer significantly. But I wouldn’t go overboard on cardio like sprints if you’re trying to add size.
