I didn’t really know where to put this thread but i would like to know if anybody has any good routines that would help me in my quest to be able to slam dunk. I’m only 5ft11 so i know it won be as easy for me as bigger players but i also know that anything can be achieved if you put everything you have into it.

Yeah, I made some progress on my vertical jump since I started simply by getting stronger. However, keep in mind that I also have other strength goals I’m pursuing. If dunking is your only main focus, I wouldn’t suggest you follow what I’m doing.
