Try Trap Bar Straight Leg Deadlifts

I tried straight leg deadlifts with the trap bar. It is a very interesting lift. If you put your legs together it is very demanding on the entire back (lower middle and upper). If you spread your legs about shoulder width you’’ emphasize your hamstrings more. Give it a shot. I think it might be good for strongman especially since it is more demanding on the middle and upper back depending on your stance.
