Trump: The First 100 Days

Not true:

Oh Tyler you have it wrong my friend. Simply because 1,056 people were called and asked a question does not mean that they are “tuned in”. OF COURSE the majority of people want an independent commission to investigate. One can find that with any poll regardless of who is the target.

For example:

When asked “do you think it’s a good idea for an independent body to investigate Joe Blow for their potential wrong doing in the bla bla bla scandal.” 60% said “yes”.

That doesn’t mean that they knew a darn thing about what WAS happening. They are simply answering a question asked to them by the pollster. Big deal. They still don’t know what is going on.

I won’t even get into the details of how a question is asked as that too can turn a poll one way or the other.

Anyway…you hold tightly to this Trump/Russian thing as I know it helps you deal with the Trump Presidency better. And to be truthful I would be doing the same thing had Hillary won. But in the end it’s not going anywhere…bet?

I am happy to make a bet, Zeb. But there’s one thing that bothers me about those who are convinced there is absolutely nothing to this Russia story, that it’s all a “game” and none of this is surprising.

The sitting administration is currently under counter-intelligence and criminal investigations by the FBI and two congressional intelligence committees for collusion with a US adversary to undermine our democratic process. The FBI has even created a special unit to coordinate the probe.

The president’s National Security Adviser was fired for lying about his repeated communications and ties with Russia. He has since requested immunity from prosecution.

Trump’s campaign chairman stepped down because of his past work and connections to Russia. Since then, a number of new revelations:

Trump’s foreign policy adviser was the subject of a FISA warrant. He also passed documents to Russian spies who were attempting to recruit him.

All of the above is just part of it. There’s more.

So if none of this is true, and there isn’t anything at all to the Trump/Russia story, then where is your outrage? The only logical alternative explanation is that a coup is underway by the US intelligence community to remove a sitting president from office. It would amount to the largest political scandal in US history. Yet you don’t seem bothered by that.

Great, if Trump is impeached over this I won’t post on T Nation for one year. If he skates on past, as I believe he will, you don’t post on T Nation for one year.

Deal?

I’d be curious too. More than one for sure. I am pretty sure this is waaaay classified info. However I agree with the decision to use it where we did. We want to crush ISIS tunnels and get them out in the open, with little effect on local populations other than the sound… It was a safe bet.

Did he “demand” or just ask? It sounds based on what I read that it’s an option for dignitaries. If so, why not? How often does one get a chance to do something like that? I don’t sweat the small stuff. They can tell him ‘no’ or let him ride in it.

It might at least reduce the intensity of the scrutiny.

This appears to be the same type of methodology that predicted a Hillary sweep…

I hope so, lol.

My question is why would liberals want him to keep his promises? When obama was elected, I did not want him to keep his promises because I was deeply opposed to many of his policies. If I were a liberal, I would not want trump to keep any of his promises either.

That’s what I was thinking.

Thus far his foreign policy has been what we’d expect from a typical neocon.

You thought Egghead Mcmuffin would be a better president than Trump?

Well so far that’s who we have

Because some of his proposed policies make a ton of sense. What a ton of MS Dems doubt, is his ability to pull it off, and whether or not he even WANTS to.

Even if you like sheep, the worry that it’s actually a wolf is cause for concern.

Because I believe Trump is corrupt, I think he will either be impeached or resign in disgrace over this (Russia) or some other corruption scandal that is tied to his dealings with Russia. Based on that, I will take your bet. Also, I noticed you didn’t address any of the rest of my post.

Guys I’m sitting beside a girl in a cafe who is wearing a socialist alternative shirt… While typing on her $800 iPhone

Does she have a single alternative to buy a smartphone that doesn’t lead it’s profits back to Big Business?

I mean she could always buy a windows phone, but that’s just asking to be laughed at.

I didn’t chastise her or anything just asked her about her beliefs. She talked about Bernie naturally lol.

Great! We have a bet for all to see. One more time: If Trump is impeached (or resigns), by the end of his first term, over this Russian deal I will not post for one year. If he is not impeached (or resigns) you will not post for one year.

I admire you for standing behind your beliefs.

And I meant no disrespect you to you for not addressing the rest of your post. It was not germane to the point I was making. That is…regardless of what is found it will not reach the level of impeachment.

Yeah, I actually get a kick out of the young empty headed milenials who want someone like Bernie Sanders to become President while at the same time are driving a $40,000 - $50,000 car and wearing the latest fashion statement while talking on their expensive cell phones. Fortunately most of that age are not that stupid.

These bets are stupid, and they potentially rob the forum of good intelligent voices. Dont do this
