Trump Gauntlet is Now Officially Dropped

No. I think people may or may not question things, but they don’t forward out of the thin blue air suspicions without first checking something beyond the National Enquirer or Infowars. Well, reasonable people would at least check beyond tabloids and conspiracy sites.

The Democrats. The GoP just embraced fever-swamp level kook-dom.

Says a guy who believes with all of his heart that a guy in Rome is the vicar of Christ!

Oh my, a Trump supporter attacking religious affiliation. Who woulda thunkt it!

It’s not an attack. It is a comparison. You think he’s a kook because of some dubious statements which you interpret as his beliefs. So let’s see! What is it that you believe? Who is that in you avatar?

Edit: oh, another christian claiming an attack so that he can play the martyr. Whoda think it?

LOL, Sloth just doesn’t get it. He thinks things like this actually matter in 2016.

You think he’s a kook…[/quote]

Um, no, he is a kook. 5 times Donald Trump has spread conspiracy theories - nj.com

Who thinks Alex Jones, the famous 9-11 truther has an “amazing reputation.”

Sloth my friend, if you notice Trump has a way of quoting a third party to make his target look bad. I am not saying that this is ethical but we are talking about politics.

For example when Ben Carson looked to be a threat Trump quoted a few lines from Carson’s own book and implied that he was mentally deranged. “I’m not saying he is I’m just quoting what he himself wrote.”

The same with the implication regarding Cruz’s father.

It’s all nonsense which Trump knows will work on a weak minded electorate.

You have to catch up my man.

He also doesn’t seem to get that casting an aspersion like Trump has done is not necessarily an actual statement of belief.

So, he’s not a kook, but an absolutely amoral con-man who’d say the nastiest craziest stuff, to fire up the nastiest craziest base he can pull together…

Wow, how comforting.

And before you build up too much lactic acid patting yourself on the back take a look at the polls where many people think that the government had something to do with it. And still many more say “could be”. Once again he is appealing to an ignorant electorate. And so far it has worked out quite well for him.

The Nominee of the Kook Party, as I said.

BINGO!

(more characters or else)

Well, you have taken a dramatic tone on that one. But, let’s just say that he has out politicked the political class. The class by the way that is well known for bending the truth and even outright lying “I did not have sex with that woman” Said President Bill Clinton. Yada Yada Yada…

Hillary is also quite good at it.

If you are looking for a Priest to become President you have a long wait my friend.

Now hold your nose and vote for Trump LOL

It’s worked out in the narrow confines of the primaries…

And who cares? It should be condemned. Am I imagining it or haven’t you painted Sanders and Ron Paul as kooky? Yet you have a conspiracy theorist, or at the least one who feeds off of it, whips it up, and you seem to almost admire his “genius.”

Be careful the “party” did not choose him. The people within the party, and many independents and democrats have chosen him.

Not happening. I’d sooner vote Hillary. I prefer to know that my amoral politician isn’t a nut-job amoral politician.

That’s not how it’s going to play out. The GoP is now the kook party.

He also has people like sloth inadvertently spamming the entire internet with everything ever written about him.

You know what they say about publicity…

Let’s be clear:

  1. Ron Paul is an isolationist who would probably be a worse foreign policy President than the scum who currently occupies the White House. For that I have called him crazy.

  2. Bernie Sanders sounds like…SOUNDS like a kook. We both know he is a dangerous man because he is a Socialist.

  3. I do not believe that Trump is a conspiracy theorist. However, I do believe that he is playing up to that crowd (both parties) to garner votes. Is it ethical? Once again it’s politics right?

  4. I sure don’t admire Trump’s stand on many issues or his inability to even grasp many of the issues.

  5. We would not be having this discussion if the alternative was not, in my opinion, far worse.

There you have it.
