'True Keto' with More Fat??

Thibs, Have you ever run clients with a “True Keto” with more fat before?

Just curious, seems this is the only diet approach I’ve never really considered.

When I say pure Keto I believe it’s in the 65/35 or even 70/30 area fats to protein.

Anybody here done it? I know the rule of thumb is a 50/50 split.

Cheers

Yes I have used a 70 fat - 25 protein(some 1-5% from trace carbs) ratio before. Mostly as a ketogenic induction phase. Basically the individual with use that ratio for the first 10-14 days on a diet, then GRADUALLY move toward something like a 50 - 45 - trace ratio.
