TRT Journey - Help with Results

I started a TRT program on 10/8/11 with the following
Would like any info or advice please

-age -48
-height 5’9
-waist 36
-weight 220
-describe body and facial hair Plenty
-describe where you carry fat and how changed Around my waist and stomach
-health conditions, symptoms [history] High Blood Pressure, IBS
-Rx and OTC drugs, any hair loss drugs or prostate drugs ever Ratadine
-lab results with ranges see below for results
-describe diet [some create substantial damage with starvation diets] 60% Paleo
-describe training [some ruin there hormones by over training] Crossfit 4-5 times a week
-testes ache, ever, with a fever? never
-how have morning wood and nocturnal erections changed rarely no changed

10/25/11
Test 192 (285-950)
Free test 58 (50-247)
Estradiol 20

starting protocol

100mg Test Cyp 2x a week (50mg each injection)
250mg Hcg injection EOD
.5mg Anastazole 2x a week

1/4/12
Test 654 (285-950)
Free test 178 (50-247)
Estradiol <20

For a while I felt great but have noticed a sluggish tired feeling again
I think this is due to the level of Estradiol.
I am going to increase my Test Cyp to 120mg 2x a week (60mg each injection)
and leave the rest alone.
I have talked to a friend and we think I need to increase the Estradiol level. I am hoping that this increase in Test will increase the Estardiol level. I only want to adjust one thing at a time. i don want my Test numbers closer to the high end.

Any input you have would be appreciated

This is one of those cases where more in depth tests would really be needed in order to discern why you are feeling beat up…its possible the demands of the extra T are placing undue stress on your thyroid and/or adnreals…you should get a full work-up (see the blood test sticky) to make heads or tails of this.

It is kind of hard to read.
I was going to post it as a spreadsheat but couldnt figure that out

Sorry couldnt figure out how to attach two images at once

TSH is slightly elevated, but by itself it does not demand extra testing UNLESS supported by related symptoms.

speaking of which - what are all of your symptoms/issues/concerns?
Do you have cold feet/hands?
Issues with exhaustion, etc?

Symptoms I had that made me look at TRT
Brain Fog
Tired in afternoon
Fat carried around midsection like a woman
cold easily - mild mostly in feet and chest
Joint aches

the brain fog is mostly gone and I felt great about 4-5 weeks in. after that started feeling tired again.
My estradiol is low and thinking that may be causing it.

please read 18 Summaries of Things We Have Learned - Stop The Thyroid Madness

please consider getting additional thyroid tests like FT4, FT3, RT3, 8am cortisol, ferritin, and the standard thyroid antibody tests.
