Testes pull up at that time, normal.
Testes contribute nothing to to your load, just the way it is.
Suggested protocol:
50mg T cyp self injected EOD
0.5mg anastrozole at time of injections
250iu hCG SC EOD

You can inject T with #29 1/2" 0.5ml insulin syringes, #31 5/16" for hCG.
Please post pre-TRT labs and current with lab ranges.
