I realize that i’m not exactly on TRT since my current dosage is high and i’m not prescribed by a doctor but i figured this was the relevant category. Ive been on a high dose 400 mg a week for 9months and i’m learning this isn’t safe or even necessary
With that being said i’m going to drop my dosage from 400mg a week to 200mg a week. I currently have been administering 200mg twice a week of test. Cypionate. I’m now going to start administering 100mg twice a week.
My question is…Is it better to administer once a week or twice a week. Meaning I would do 200mg once a week instead of 100Mg twice per week? Any thoughts or feed back would be awesome.
