TRT and Opiate Pain Medicine

Hey guys, sorry for the long delay getting back with some blood work. I wanted to get a new test that included my shbg levels because it sounds like that was kind of the missing factor when trying to figure out the reason for having low free testosterone levels. Another thing that happened was that my doctor increased my injections of testosterone cypionate from 150 to 200 mg once per week. I have been on that dose for about 2 months now. So here are my numbers from earlier this month. Blood test was done at the end of my one week cycle.

SHBG - 43.6 nmol/L Reference Range - 19.3 - 76.4

Testosterone FR - 17.2 pg/ml Reference Range - 7.2 - 24.0

Testosterone Free - 168.4 ng/dL Reference Range - 40.0 - 250.0

Testosterone % Free - 21% Reference Range - 9.0% - 46%

Testosterone Total - 798.3 ng/dl Reference Range - 264.0 - 916.0

He did not test estrogen levels even though I requested it.Anyway, this is by far the best I’ve seen my free t levels. Not sure I can tell much of a difference as of yet on how I feel though. Not being able to get in my gym for my normal workouts because of the lockdown is not helping. Putting some bad weight on but I don’t think it is t related. Anyway, hoping to get some thoughts from you guys now with the new numbers posted. Thanks
