Hi Guys,
I’m in Canada, recently been diagnosticated with hypogonadism.
Training since 2011, good health, good shape so I assume that my low T is in result of the steroid I took when I was younger, 25-26 years old, I’m 32 now. After a burnout I asked my doctor to chek for Testosterone, and it went low.
He prescribed 150 Mg per month of enanthate, one shot… For what I know pretty sure that I will split it up once per week at least. In canada we don’t have a lot of clinic for TRT, it,s like a miracle that I got the script for test E.
But my next bloodworks are in may, and the prescription is 5 ML of 200 Mg per ML, I got a bottle every month… If I bump to 100 mg per week, and I stop one month before and lower to 35 mg per week, do you think it will show on the result ?
I know the half life of the product but i’m not sure how it will appear on the serum level.
Since you inject like 100 mg, the half life would be 7-10 days, but after that how much time it take to became ‘‘normal’’ ?
How about 100 mg/week and test at trough 7 days later. Then show Doc what reasonable TRT dosing and 7 day trough blood work looks like.
150 mg every month is full retard. But easy to play pharmacokinetic games if you want. Just skip your regular injection and test 2 weeks after 100 mg if you want to test low. Ask him what your mean TT/FT levels will be on 150 mg/month LOL.
About 50mg puts 97.5% above 300 ng/dl.I feel that this is their logic when they don’t go above 50mg per week and give 25-35mg per week when they see a guy they think could work with low T and could have had normal function with low T all his life
Yes, thank you, He tells me that he will probably bump it up after the first bloodwork, we will see there. But here you don’t have those private clinics, or very few, for now I will stay with that and I will see where it leads. The first things I want is to feel more energic and to live without the symptoms. For sure if it adds a little plus it’s a nice things.
Lol, not that bad but yeah. You need to go to emergency and you need to have an emergency. If no you can wait a loooong time. That’s why i’m asking, a lot of Doctor won’t even chek your testosterone here. So 3 week before my bloodworks I’m gonna low to the regular dosage and hope that the doctor will bump up the dosage lol. I’ll let you know ! Thanks guys
First, I don’t think your one cycle in your mid 20s left you with low T for life. The body is more resilient than that.
Your doctor seems clueless but there is hope if he’s willing to up the dose after a blood test. Stick it out with that shitty dose if you have to until he ups it. Especially if it’s next to impossible to find a doc willing to prescribe T.
To be fair there are a few good private trt clinics in the UK now, and it’s possible to get sustanon prescribed by your gp, meaning you only have to pay for hcg privately should you require it
