Troubleshooting Limping Series

I’m currently begining Phase II of Ian King’s 1st Limping Series. However I can’t be able to do Russian Deadlifts nor his Good Mornings. Do you any of you guys have any substitutes in mind for replacing these two movements?

Stiff-Legged Deads & RDLs…

Or you can just hold the barbell in front of you hanging free just hold onto it with your hands and do the same movement…

Or do the same with dumbells, just let your arms hang lose, and grip the weight and bow.
