Straight to the point - I have trouble training my Triceps.
When doing bench presses or pullovers/pull downs, just about any Tri exercise, the muscle fails just above the elbow on both arms and my elbows feel like they are becoming disjointed and end up cracking - not cool!
I’ve been weight training on and off (ok, more off than on…) for approx 10 years and have always had this problem. This serverely hinders my ability to train my arms and chest correctly and in my mind could lead to a serious injury.
Has anyone come across this before? Or does anyone have any suggestions as to how to go about rehabbing it?
