Trouble Finding an Article/Spill

Within the past year or I want to say an article/spill came through that listed standards of fitness from the perspective of these are workouts you should be able to do “if you call yourself a man”. One of them was a rowing workout I think. They covered different areas but the bottom line was that for standards they were a cut above what most people would call fit.

Anyone have a notion where that may be hiding?

A frequent saying of Dan John is that you’re a rank beginner until you can bench two plates per side and deadlift 4.
