Trouble Concentrating My Pecs without Front Delts

Alright i plan to try the 5 3 1 program… i think the simplicity of it and less but more efficent time in the gym on that program will be good for me.

With less time in the gym, i can balance my diet better, and since im a beginner, 5 3 1 seems like a good idea

I agree, hard work can build up anything. The textbook picture chest is impossible for some to build is all I’m saying. Not saying they can’t build chest muscles and get strong. Some of the strongest guys out there in the gym don’t look like much.
