Just wondering who’s using Chad Waterbury’s TTT routine, and how it’s working out for you so far?

I’m going to give a shot starting next week. The GPP looks like a real ass kicker.

Just a note for anyone trying this program. If you haven’t been doing them, ease into the side bends. This exercise will kick your ass! I’m sore as hell and I didn’t even go that hard.
