Could someone please explain to me, what are ‘triple strip sets’?
“Strip sets” are when (for example), you are benching, you go to failure with the weight you have, immediately “strip” some of the plates, go to failure, etc. This is all within “one set”. “Triple strip sets”, I am thinking, are when you “strip” three times within a set.
Pat is right. You start with your working weight. Work in good form to failure (No cheating). Drop the weight by 10% and work to failure again. And then drop the weight another ten % and go to failure.
