Triple Decker Delts by Don Alessi

Has anyone tried this program out? What were your experiences/results?

I know that most ppl are following the dont train your delts method but this routine seems interesting since it isnt your average set of shoulder work…

heh… i guess no one who still posts on the board has tried this one yet. im betting the rather different routine made alot of ppl shy away from it. probably give it a shot next cycle anyways.
