What are some things i can do to prevent this. I have good development in my triceps, but my chest is really lacking. What are some ways to use my chest more. I have read a couple articles but do others have any ideas?
pre-exhaust the triceps with isolation exercises
push your hands together when benchpressing
if you’re training fullbody, switch to a bodypart split, consider taking two days for chest, with slightly different key exercises
If nothing of the above helps, try synthol, but don’t forget to post pictures!
