Triceps Every Day?

Hey CT,

I just read your article about how you could train biceps everyday for a 3-4 week cycle. I was wondering if you could do the same protocol with triceps? If so, would they be doable in the same cycle or need to be in different cycles?


Different cycles. Trying to do too many things at once will give you bad results.

How long of a period would you suggest between cycles of biceps? Assuming low intensity, medium volume, high frequency (5 days a week)
