Tricep Work for Bench

i’ve been doing military press on a separate day, and it seems to help a lot.

If the sticking point is an in. or 2 above your chest, make sure you’re getting proper leg drive.

Just tried some JM Presses today and those things are great. The part of the tricep right above the elbow is quite sore. Only did 135x6 and 95x20; my triceps suck (I only have 15.5" arms at 5’8, 192). Definitely looking forward to progressing on them and getting rid of my girl arms.

Tons of pressdowns-very heavy and/or high volume pump work.
-Has done the world of good for me and has practically zero impact on elbows and general recovery

I do a three way superset hit all the heads at one time three sets and out… skull crushers, close grip bench, and pull overs all done with the same weight on a curls bar no rest… You can try it it works well for me
