Tricep Tendinitis?


I've been getting some discomfort/very mild pain in the upper arm area just above elbow joint.

I think that this started when I was doing explosive standing military barbell presses a few months ago. I started developing this "tweaking" sensation in my right upper arm, so I stopped doing the exercise, and the feeling went away.

Lately, I've been getting the same type of sensation 24-48 hours after pressing movements (?!). I've stopped pressing altogether, but rest doesn't seem to improve the situation. Every now and then, when extending the elbow joint, I will feel a tweak/soreness (sometimes it's more proximal, other times more distal).

I've upped my fish oil intake, but to no avail.

What do you think is going on?
