This:

incline skulls w e-z bar
close grip
v-bar tri extensions, so the cable is right in front of your face.
weighted dips
seated french press.

ive gone by the rule, big weight big muscle(v-bar > rope). i think it works.

those extensions bent over are brutal. you get a way better ROM and tension.

what do you guys think of 3+ board presses with whatever grip you prefer for reps? I plan on putting these into my rotation, because the smith machine work I think is beating up my elbows.

Sounds good to me, that’s another heavy tricep pressing movement.

weighted dips will always be a staple of mine…love them!

also I just started doing overhead DB extensions instead of skullcrushers and my elbows are thanking me

I’m partial to close grip benching too because I always favor compound movements even when focusing on a single body part (dips for tri’s, and pullups for bi’s, etc)
